class Terms & Conditions

• All class places must be booked and paid for in advance.

• Cancellation policy

  Pay as you go places

  We require all customers to provide MORE than 48 hours’ notice when cancelling a PAYG class otherwise fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  Term places

  We require all customers to provide MORE than 1 weeks notice before the term commences when cancelling a full term otherwise fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Term classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  In the instance of class cancellation by Let’s Sing, the class will be rescheduled.

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

• Let’s Sing! reserves the right to dismiss any participant without notice because conduct by the participant or anyone connected to the participant makes it impractical, unethical, or unsafe to continue, the fees for any remaining classes will not be refundable.

• Let’s Sing! accepts no responsibility for items lost/stolen or damaged on the premises.

• We shall not be responsible for any children left unsupervised at our venue before, during or after baby & toddler classes and before or after ukulele classes.

• Participants must follow and adhere to public health guidelines and the Let’s Sing Covid-19 policy. Adults and children should not attend classes if they are feeling unwell, have a temperature, cough, cold, runny nose, or flu like symptoms or are displaying any other signs or symptoms of COVID-19 .

  Parents should not bring to class children who are ill, have an upset stomach or are showing any symptoms of communicable diseases such as:

  Measles, Chicken pox, German measles, Whooping cough, Impetigo, Scarlett fever, Hand, foot and mouth disease, Norovirus.
